### Your memorial-product order

This store lets you select memorial products and submit an order through Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST). These terms apply to those products and personalization, rather than other funeral arrangements or services.

Review the item, quantity, options, personalization, total and delivery details before submitting. Orders may require review or approval before fulfillment. Contact us if a detail is incorrect or unclear.

### Payment

Payment is arranged directly with Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST). Online order submission does not itself collect a payment from you. The funeral home will explain payment arrangements, applicable taxes and how any included items relate to your overall arrangements.

### Personalization and changes

Check the proof and all names, dates, messages and photographs carefully. By submitting content for personalization, you confirm you have the right to use it and authorize its use to prepare and fulfill your order. That permission is limited to order preparation, support and fulfillment, not advertising.

Contact us promptly about a requested change or cancellation. We will confirm whether it is still possible; submitting a request does not itself stop production. Final-sale rules are described in the Return and Refund policies, subject to applicable rights.

### Delivery, damage and mistakes

Shipping services are estimated transit times after preparation is complete. Contact us in advance for a particular service date. If an item arrives damaged or we make a production or engraving mistake, we arrange a correction or replacement and cover the necessary shipping.
