All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including for plain or personalized items.

### Damaged items or mistakes on our side

If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake in the product or engraving compared with the details you approved, contact Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST) at ab@merchsalad.com or 202-555-0147. Include your order number and photographs showing the issue.

We will make it right with a correction or replacement at no cost to you. We cover the necessary shipping, including return shipping if we ask for the item back and shipment of the corrected or replacement item. No restocking fee applies to these corrections.

Keep the item and packaging and wait for our instructions before shipping anything back. If the item contains remains, contact us first so that appropriate handling can be arranged.

### Check personalization carefully

Review names, dates, messages, photographs and any approved proof before confirming. A change requested after approval, or an error reproduced accurately from the details you approved, is not a production mistake on our side. Contact us promptly if you notice a problem; we will explain any available options before further work is done.
