### Shipping options

The available delivery services are:

• Standard shipping: approximately 3–5 business days in transit.
• Two-business-day shipping: approximately 2 business days in transit.
• Overnight shipping: approximately 1 business day in transit.

Transit time starts after the item is ready and handed to the carrier. Order preparation, engraving and personalization take additional time. The services and any additional charges available for your items and destination are shown with your order.

These are estimated transit times. Weekends, carrier holidays, destination restrictions and carrier delays can affect delivery. Selecting overnight shipping does not shorten engraving or preparation time.

### Delivery details and service dates

Check the recipient name, address, apartment or suite, ZIP code and contact information before confirming your order. Contact Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST) promptly about an address correction; a change may no longer be possible after shipment.

If you need an item for a particular service date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the available arrangements. If an order is delayed, we will explain revised timing and any available cancellation or refund options.

### Damage or an error on our side

If an item arrives damaged or we made an error in producing or engraving it, contact Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST) with your order details and photographs of the issue. Keep the item and packaging while we review it. We will arrange a correction or replacement at no cost to you, including any necessary return shipping and shipping the corrected or replacement item.
