All sales are final. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds for memorial products ordered through this store.

### Damage and production mistakes

For an item that arrives damaged or contains a mistake on our side, we arrange a correction or replacement and cover the necessary shipping. Contact Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST) before returning an item. If a correction or replacement cannot resolve the issue, we will discuss the appropriate resolution, including any refund that is due.

### Payments made to the funeral home

Families pay Willow Haven Memorial Chapel (TEST) directly. Any approved customer refund is handled by the funeral home for the payment it collected. Contact ab@merchsalad.com or 202-555-0147 for the applicable method and timing.

Submitting a refund or change request does not itself stop production. We will confirm what can be done. These policies apply to the memorial products ordered through this store, not unrelated funeral-home services, and do not limit rights available under applicable law.
